The 27th Annual Summer Festival of the Arts will take place on July 12 and 13 at Youngstown State University! This vibrant event attracts thousands of visitors from Northeastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, making it the perfect platform to showcase the incredible work of our region’s arts, culture, civic organizations, and community groups.

This is your opportunity to connect with the community, share your mission, and highlight how you contribute to the quality of life and economic vitality of our area. Ways to Participate
Rent a Tent Program: This is the best way to showcase your organization or program. We do not permit you to set up a pop-up tent or just rent a table. Our rental program provides you with a 10’ x 10’ tent (already installed for you), one table and chairs so that your look is professional and consistent. We will list each organization who is participating on each day with the tagline of ‘hours will vary.’ We encourage you to fully participate both days but understand that staffing situations might not allow that. Of course, if you have a specific performance, reading or activity at a specific time then we will be glad to include that in our overall performance schedule.
